Where We Ship

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

We hope to offer international delivery in the future — if you live outside the UK and would like to be notified when this becomes available, please email us at international-postage@serenitystones.uk and we will add you to our notification list.

Processing Times

• Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be packaged and shipped.
• Please note that this may be different during busy periods such as holidays.
• We’ll send you an email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

• Royal Mail Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 UK Delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
